CMHR POLICIES 2 Night minimum stay is required at all our properties. 50% deposit is required when making reservations. CANCELLATIONS You may always reschedule your stay with no penalty. 30  days notice or more - Full return of deposit, less $50 cancellation fee. 8 to 29 days notice - 50% return of deposit. 7 days or less notice - No refund SMOKING CMHR offers smoke free lodging only.  All homes are non-smoking indoors.  Some allow outdoor smoking.  Local fire bans may prohibit outside smoking in times of high fire danger.  Thank you in advance for abiding by the requests of the owners to keep their properties smoke free.
